Job summary

EY seeks a Category Management & Sourcing Consulting Manager with deep expertise in strategic procurement and category management to lead client engagements and drive total value through innovative sourcing strategies. You’ll mentor consultants, guide workshops, and deliver AI-driven procurement solutions across multiple spend categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• 2+ years of procurement consulting preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Experience with spend analytics and sourcing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-facing consultant to assess opportunities for strategic procurement improvement.
• Lead process workshops with clients to gather information and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead teams in strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives.
• Design and implement AI-driven procurement solutions within strategic procurement.
• Develop category expertise across spend categories and mentor junior team members.
