Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with spend analytics and savings management.
• Experience with Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, SpendHQ, Ivalua, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience implementing procurement technology or system integrations.
• Strong project/program management and executive communication skills.
• Practical experience using AI in Procurement or business processes.
• Experience working with Finance/FP&A to validate savings and financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement technology, system implementation, integrations, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Build and manage spend analytics, dashboards, and enterprise spend data.
• Own savings tracking, validation, forecasting, and Finance reconciliation.
• Develop executive-level reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Establish procurement governance, SOPs, workflows, policies, and sourcing playbooks.
• Manage multiple strategic projects and workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation in Procurement.
• Present insights and recommendations to VP, CFO, CEO, and other senior leaders.

Procurement Center of Excellence Manager

Ideal Candidate

Looking for a strategic and analytical Procurement leader who has experience in building a Procurement function or Center of Excellence from the ground up, working in a large multi-unit organization, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning complex procurement data into clear financial and business insights.

PMP, C.P.M., or CPSM is a plus.
