Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Buying/Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for a defined portfolio of goods, applying sourcing policies and ensuring PO execution through delivery.

You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accuracy in ERP systems and drive timely delivery, while applying best practices and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; or a high school diploma with 4+ years in procurement.
• At least 3 years procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Execution: Place POs and manage through delivery.
• PO Follow-Up & Schedule Management: Track status and resolve changes.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain supplier relationships.
• ERP / System Accuracy: Update ERP records for accuracy.
• Policy & Process Application: Apply sourcing policies and best practices.
