NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a Senior Procurement Associate to support Engineering and Construction. You will manage high-volume procurement activities, including RFPs, proposal evaluations, negotiations, purchase orders, and enterprise agreements.

The ideal candidate brings procurement expertise, strong business judgment, and excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Juno Beach, Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or related role required.

Responsabilités

• Executes PR to PO processes and manages order fulfillment.
• Leads execution of RFPs and negotiations.
• Interacts with suppliers and handles routine supplier questions.
• Interacts with BU stakeholders around BU needs and specifications.
• Addresses common supply chain issues and discrepancies.
• Analyzes supplier performance on smaller scale purchases.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
