  • Strong vendor evaluation, bid analysis, and writing bid specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving requisitions and preparing purchase orders; contacting vendors for product information.
  • Assisting with contract negotiation and bid awards; reviewing vendor quotations.
  • Preparing specifications for bidding, RFI, RFP and related procurement documents.
  • Managing the purchase process from PO creation to payment packaging; ensuring policy compliance.
  • Supervising the Procurement Specialist and coordinating with Legal, Facility Supply, and Finance teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, supply/inventory operations or related field
