Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years' related experience required.
• Experience with RFP/IFB/RFQ processes and procurement governance.
• Knowledge of public procurement laws and best practices.
• Strong communication, vendor mgmt, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in sourcing and procuring equipment, goods, and services.
• Coordinate competitive solicitation processes and evaluate bids.
• Develop procurement strategies and spend analyses to inform decisions.
• Prepare POs and review contracts; support contract administration.
• Collaborate with college stakeholders to define user requirements.
• Train staff on procurement processes and procedures.
