Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Supply Chain, along with 3-10 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier engineering.
• Strong technical background in electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and sourcing tools.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sourcing activities for electrical and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with Quality and Project Managers to translate requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on capability and cost.
• Conduct cost analysis to drive improvement and reduction initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial terms for optimal costs and service levels.
