Addison Group is seeking a Procurement and Compliance Manager in Washington, DC. This high-visibility role reports to the Director of Business Transformation and serves as the primary contact for procurement activities.

You will own everyday spend, lead contract negotiations, and manage supplier reviews while acting as a control point for risk, supplier integrity, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation and purchasing operations.
• Proven ability to manage significant spend.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Working knowledge of procurement regulations, incl. anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits and compliance reviews.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize a demanding workload while meeting stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the go-to resource for business-as-usual spending across the organization.
• Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a contract database supporting financial planning and reducing disruption risk.
• Identify savings opportunities and conduct ongoing market research on product selection and pricing.
• Partner with departments on timely PO issuance and invoice alignment with terms.
• Perform supplier due diligence including conflict of interest, financial stability, and regulatory screening.
• Ensure contracts include data protection, confidentiality, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption clauses.
• Maintain compliance documentation to support audits and escalate issues to Legal/Compliance.
