Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain, or procurement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage reorder point data across all network sites.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost savings and trends.
• Develop procurement dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Build scalable data collection and reporting processes.
• Maintain supplier performance scorecards.
• Align sourcing strategies with business and financial targets.
• Collaborate to improve demand forecasting and spend management.
• Identify improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Lead or support cross-functional procurement process improvement projects.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for cross-functional initiatives.
