Job summary

KKR, a leading global investment firm, seeks a Principal for its Multi-Asset Product Strategy Team in New York. You will shape and execute strategic product initiatives across asset classes, with a strong emphasis on private equity and related strategies.

You will work with investment teams, investor relations, and distribution to ensure offerings meet investor needs and regulatory requirements. The role requires deep industry expertise and a track record of delivering marketable investment

Qualifications

15+ years in asset management or private markets
Proven track record leading multi-asset product initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-asset product strategy with emphasis on private equity and related strategies
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Collaborate with investment teams to translate capabilities into marketable products
Support structuring, launches, and lifecycle management of investment vehicles
Partner with IR, capital markets and distribution to craft messaging and positioning
Prepare product materials and analyses for internal and external audiences
Monitor performance and market reception to drive enhancements
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations for timely product development
