Qualifications

• Five+ years supporting a president or senior leader in a complex organization.
• Proven ability to manage executive logistics and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit, healthcare, or philanthropy is preferred.
• Experience handling governance materials and senior-level communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own the President's calendar and travel logistics with strategic prioritization.
• Prepare briefing materials and executive correspondence for meetings.
• Coordinate Board materials, meetings, and governance logistics.
• Manage office budgets, purchases, records, and supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional engagement with trustees and stakeholders.
• Translate presidential direction into actionable next steps and follow-up.
