Job summary

The Eden Project in the United Kingdom is seeking a creative PR Manager for a full-time, fixed-term role through June 2027. Salary £31,000–£36,000 per year.

You will craft behaviour-change campaigns, tell compelling stories, and drive media engagement to support national campaigns like The Big Lunch and Nature Connections. You will develop integrated campaigns, manage relationships with journalists and influencers, and coordinate press events, interviews and assets while aligning with Eden’s

Qualifications

• Educated to Foundation Degree level or above in PR, Journalism or Media with excellent written communication skills.
• Foundation Award in PR desirable. Experience essential.
• Knowledge in Agility, Onclusive and other media services preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support PR campaigns by devising and producing stories and press materials that effectively communicate key messages and increase media reach across all media channels and supporting socials.
• Be proactive and reactive in a changing landscape; create and identify newsworthy opportunities including human-interest stories and report on live events.
• Produce materials that engage media including press releases, briefs, blogs, reports, case studies, and sharing assets with marketing.
• Drive media sell-in to UK national and regional media, tailoring content for media and audiences.
• Build and maintain our media network with key publications, journalists, influencers, broadcasters and media partners; coordinate external agencies as needed.
• Support and manage campaign activity, including planning and production of live media events and brief spokespeople and media.
• Develop, grow and maintain PR resources and records, including case studies, contact details, and media assets.
• Seek new case studies, applying GDPR-compliant handling of personal information.
• Provide ad-hoc support to PR colleagues at Eden Project Cornwall and Eden Project Morecambe during key moments.
