Job summary

UL Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Portfolio Marketing, to lead a team in crafting strategies, narratives, thought leadership, and campaigns that elevate brand awareness for UL Solutions across key verticals and megatrends.

The role bridges enterprise brand strategy and COU marketing, ensuring offerings are represented through compelling campaigns that support enterprise growth. You will guide the team, define positioning, and collaborate across marketing functions to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, Science, Technology, Sustainability or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in portfolio/strategic/brand marketing or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, thought leadership, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience creating portfolio positioning, messaging frameworks, and market-facing narratives for complex offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio marketing strategies aligned to industry verticals, technologies, and megatrends.
• Lead integrated portfolio campaigns to strengthen awareness, engagement, and consideration for UL Solutions.
• Translate market insights into portfolio priorities, campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
• Define portfolio positioning, messaging, and market-facing narratives to communicate value clearly.
• Collaborate with Brand Activation, COU Marketing, Field Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to align activities.
• Establish portfolio thought leadership strategies and develop customer and market insights.
• Manage and develop the Portfolio Marketing team and measure performance of initiatives.
