Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. seeks a remote contractor to design and evaluate policy, strategy, and geopolitical analysis tasks for AI training. The role runs for 12 weeks, with 20–40 hours per week and at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time.

You will create analytical scenarios, evaluate solutions for reasoning and policy interpretation, and provide clear critiques and rubrics to measure quality. English fluency is required; experience in consulting or policy analysis is valued.

Qualifications

• 3 to 15 or more years in management consulting, corporate strategy, policy think tanks, government affairs, multilateral institutions, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create challenging analytical tasks reflecting real workplace decisions in strategy, public policy, and political analysis.
• Assess submitted solutions for sound reasoning, accurate policy interpretation, and useful recommendations.
• Write clear critiques that identify logical flaws, biased inferences, unsupported assumptions, and misunderstandings of policy mechanisms.
• Review and calibrate submissions, resolve difficult strategy or policy cases, and use peer feedback to maintain accuracy.
