ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to drive and deliver cross-functional initiatives within the Global PMO, focusing on operations, efficiency, and scalability.

You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, govern with standard PMO practices, coordinate across functions, and ensure readiness before launch, delivering measurable improvements in performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering cross-functional operational or transformation initiatives.
• Background in PMO, strategy execution, operational excellence.
• Highly organized with stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
• Degree in Business Administration or similar; ITIL or PMO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross-functional operational initiatives from planning to post-launch validation.
• Apply PMO governance standards across initiatives and ensure clear plans and milestones.
• Define business cases, scope, and success measures before execution.
• Coordinate across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and manage integration points.
• Capture lessons learned and standardize tools and processes.
