Job summary

FedEx is seeking a hybrid Project Planning Analyst in the United States. The role involves monitoring department schedules to keep projects on track, and analyzing data (financial and performance indicators) to resolve issues affecting the department.

Candidates should have a strong background in project management and communication. The position is based in a hybrid setting with requirements to work at FedEx campus locations several times per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
• Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and use of project management/planning software.
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills; excellent human relations and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors all department schedules to ensure projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
• Collects and analyzes data including financial and performance indicators for resolution of problems and concerns affecting the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
