Job summary

Converse is seeking a Strategic Planning Graduate Intern to help shape the company’s long-term growth strategy. You will partner with Strategic Planning and Finance to manage cross-functional projects, develop critical priorities, and elevate action plans across Converse’s geographies.

Ideal candidates are MBA students with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership through clear communication and rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an MBA with expected graduation Dec 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Background in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, or related fields.
• 3–5 years work experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Converse's global long-term growth strategy.
• Manage cross-functional projects to identify strategic priorities and drive execution.
• Build and refine financial models to assess opportunities and outcomes.
• Present findings and influence senior leaders with clear written and verbal communication.
