Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience conducting strategic planning, organizational assessments, or mission-alignment work within the Intelligence Community.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning efforts and producing strategic products that integrate inputs from multiple mission stakeholders.
• Expertise integrating IC-focused policies and operational workflows with private-sector practices to drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current organizational environment through interviews, document reviews, and analysis to identify gaps between strategy and execution.
• Develop and refine strategic plans, including mission/vision statements, multiyear roadmaps, prioritized objectives, and implementation milestones.
• Design and improve governance, decision-making frameworks, and workflows to strengthen reporting, oversight, transparency, accountability, and responsiveness.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and support implementation and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives by facilitating planning sessions, establishing metrics and dashboards, conducting periodic reviews, and recommending corrective actions.
