Job summary

Transamerica is seeking an experienced strategic planning leader to align priorities with senior leadership and drive a holistic planning process across the organization. You will develop strategic roadmaps, dashboards, and capabilities, coordinate inputs, and manage priority conflicts.

You will deliver executive presentations, build productivity solutions using AI tools, and collaborate with PMO and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of strategic planning experience in a similar environment or planning/consultant role.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization to guide strategic planning and execution.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for strategy, tactics and root cause analysis.
• Presentation skills to convey information to a wide audience.
• Familiarity with project management tools and lifecycles.
• Familiarity with AI tools including CoPilot.
• Proficiency using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish strategic planning processes, plans, priorities, capabilities, measures of success.
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmap and dashboards/tracking mechanisms.
• Manage timing of inputs/outputs for strategic prioritization.
• Identify integrations across the organization that impact the group.
• Coordinate with strategic planning contacts across the organization (including the PMO).
• Establish and maintain relationships with supported groups and project teams.
• Serve as escalation point to resolve conflicts on priorities, goals, strategies, resources.
• Create and deliver strategic presentations for specific audiences.
• Develop productivity solutions using approved AI tools.
