Agropur in Le Sueur, MN is seeking a Planning and Distribution Manager to lead distribution and logistics, including cheese and whey shipping, inventory of finished goods, and materials purchasing. This role directs warehouse personnel and coordinates with external warehousing.

You will train staff, develop SOPs, ensure GMP compliance, manage shipping documentation, and collaborate with sales and production to optimize service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of supply chain management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Direct planning and distribution activities across shipping and inventory.
• Manage shipping of cheese and whey products and inventory control.
• Oversee ERP system training and usage for staff.
• Develop SOPs and training programs for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure staffing is trained for optimal receipt, shipment, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with sales/production to optimize service levels.
• Maintain GMP compliance and oversee warehouse cleanliness and audits.
• Oversee procurement and P2P processes with finance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
