Job summary

POM Wonderful in Del Rey, California, is seeking a Planning Analyst to perform detailed forecasting for sales, warehousing, and raw fruit needs, schedule production plants, and manage inventory across multiple warehouses. Base compensation: $71,000 to $80,000 USD annually.

You will collaborate with sales to align supply with demand, develop ramp plans for new seasons, and implement lean tools to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in planning/forecasting or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field or equivalent.
• Solid Excel and MS Office experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Match supply with demand with the internal sales team.
• Develop sales ramp plan to launch the season.
• Manage transfers to and from outside warehouses.
• Create daily inventory and available-to-sell reports.
• Monitor finished goods expirations and production yield.
• Support supply planning for fresh, arils, and beverages.
