Job summary

Earthjustice is seeking a One-Year Prospect Development Analyst to coordinate data entry, portfolio management, and hygiene for the Planned Giving team. You will work with Planned Giving officers to drive donor strategies, moves management, and stewardship across the planned giving cycle.

The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting insights, and collaboration with Development Operations to support fundraising goals and annual budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 4+ years relevant experience.
• At least 2+ years in prospect management, preferably with planned giving.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce NPSP) and data analysis tools (Tableau).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management and bi-annual reviews for the Planned Giving team.
• Develop donor strategies and engagement plans across the planned giving cycle.
• Ensure data quality and CRM data entry, budgeting, and reporting; support revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development Operations and other teams to improve workflows.
