Responsibilities include driving adoption, coordinating with marketing and support, and maintaining CRM data. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused team with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing pharmacy productivity or similar accounts.
  • Ability to drive adoption and renewal with customers.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize pharmacy productivity accounts within territory.
  • Monitor adoption rates and help customers improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support and training for effective customer outreach.
  • Gain deep product knowledge and stay aligned with product roadmap.
  • Create best practices for implementing and using products.
  • Serve as liaison between product management and customers.
  • Support transitions after new implementations or re-implementations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for assigned accounts.
  • Work with Sales to uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain reference information on accounts and manage red accounts.
