Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Security Product Manager for Perimeter Defense. You will define strategy, drive roadmaps, and govern security outcomes across perimeter-facing assets, collaborating with Security, GTS, and infrastructure teams to reduce perimeter risk.

The role requires strong communication, leadership across multiple teams, and experience with attack surface, vulnerability, and cloud security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information security, CS, engineering or IT.
• Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or related product management roles.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, firewall, web app security and cloud security controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the strategy, roadmap, and security outcomes for the Perimeter Defense product.
• Establish visibility into perimeter-facing assets across apps, infrastructure, domains, APIs and cloud services.
• Identify gaps in security coverage and partner with teams to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with GTS product owners and engineering to reflect security requirements in roadmaps.
• Drive continuous assurance through attack surface management, vulnerability management and security testing.
• Define onboarding requirements and security standards for new perimeter-facing services.
• Establish metrics, reporting and governance to measure effectiveness and communicate risk to leadership.
• Support audit, regulatory, risk, and control assurance activities relating to perimeter security.
