Job summary

Thompson Hospitality is seeking a Senior Director of People to drive the company’s people strategy in partnership with the Senior VP of People. You will lead a cross-functional team across employee relations, talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations, compliance, and workforce planning to enable a high-performing culture.

You will partner with senior leaders to align people programs with business priorities, design leadership development, and ensure compliant and efficient HR operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field is required.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide people strategies with executive leadership.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management.
• Oversee compliance with employment laws and policy standards across locations.
• Lead HR initiatives to improve efficiency, experience, and performance.
• Manage HR metrics, analytics, and reporting to guide decisions.
• Coach leaders on performance management and accountability.
