Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in peer review, credentialing, or healthcare program management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of the Peer Review Program.
• Ensure CMA/CAH standards compliance in peer review processes.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy training and monitor physician/hospital compliance.
• Coordinate with Compliance and IT to keep processes updated.
• Communicate with hospital clients and Peer Review clinicians on progress.
• Support marketing and client outreach for the program.
• Track metrics and report program success to senior leadership.
