Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned pricing professional to join our PBM Underwriting team. You will formulate pricing strategies and build financial models for retail, mail order, and specialty rebates across client contracts.

This role combines business insight, market awareness, and technical analysis to drive profitable pricing decisions. You will collaborate with sales and account teams, present findings to senior leadership, and support implementation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• PBM finance knowledge (preferred).
• Experience managing complex projects over 3–12 months in a matrix environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services on pricing and negotiation strategy.
• Apply advanced Excel modeling to analyze large pharmacy claims datasets and forecast P&L.
• Present financial analyses to Executive Leadership during underwriting approvals.
• Support underwriting managers with ad-hoc analyses and client implementation projects.
