• Negotiate or renegotiate contracts with managed care companies and health plans.
• Develop, evaluate and respond to rate structures and levels for hospital, physician, ASC and other services.
• Analyze contract requirements and ensure compliance with laws and UKHS policies.
• Prepare for negotiations with payers and participate in committee meetings.
