Responsibilities

  • Manage contractual process for managed care proposals and paperwork.
  • Serve as primary liaison for regional payors.
  • Maintain electronic copies of signed contracts per guidelines.
  • Outline contract provisions and rate analysis impact.
  • Assist Reimbursement team with audits and inquiries.
  • Load and test fee schedules and filing formats.
  • Disseminate contract notices to affected personnel.
  • Document terms, fee schedules, and billing requirements.
  • Ensure fee schedules are current and aligned with terms.
  • Communicate new/amended contracts to internal departments.
  • Routinely audit processes to maintain optimal status.
  • Develop contract documents aligned with annual strategy.
  • Prepare opportunity analyses for pricing and in-/out-of-network decisions.
  • Evaluate contracts for profitability and renegotiate if needed.
  • Maintain payor participation listings for billing and sales teams.
