Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive parts, leadership experience
• Strong inventory management and controls
• Experience with wholesale parts operations
• Franchise dealership experience preferred
• CDK/Reynolds/Dealertrack or similar DMS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily parts department operations
• Manage inventory levels, stocking strategy and obsolescence
• Drive wholesale growth and develop new account relationships
• Improve department profitability and operational efficiency
• Hire, train, coach and develop team members
• Maintain strong relationships with service, sales and wholesale customers
• Monitor KPIs and departmental financial performance
• Ensure accurate pricing, receiving and inventory processes
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to achieve growth objectives
