Job summary

WNXP, a part of Nashville Public Radio, seeks a Director of Partnerships & Projects to bring structure and project management to how the team plans, coordinates, and delivers its work. This role is highly active in the community, maintaining and developing key partnerships, building WNXP's events, and aligning campaigns across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on, consumer-facing event planning.
• Experience coordinating all aspects of events (production, A/V, catering, staffing, ticketing).
• Proficiency with PromoSuite, Asana, Eventbrite, Slack and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate internal team processes and calendars for events.
• Serve as primary PM for events and promotions across departments.
• Develop and pursue new event opportunities and promotional partnerships.
• Coordinate event sponsorships, revenue, and member benefits.
• Oversee Live Sessions and collaborate with Nashville Public Radio teams.
