Stripe seeks a Senior Partnership Development Manager to define and execute the financial-partner strategy powering Bridge and Stripe’s stablecoin products. You will own a strategic ecosystem of financial-partner relationships across markets, transforming market insight into durable partnerships from strategy to launch and ongoing performance management.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or related fields.
• Ability to independently set partnership strategy and influence senior executives.
• Proven track record negotiating and managing multi-year, high-value partnerships.
• Deep experience working with financial institutions or infrastructure providers.
• Strong commercial judgment in leading both commercial and technical partnership conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the multi-year partnership strategy across reserves, liquidity, distribution, and stablecoin ecosystem.
• Own a strategic financial-partner ecosystem across markets, including health, performance, and expansion opportunities.
• Source, evaluate, structure, negotiate, and lead high-impact partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
• Set end-to-end deal strategy for complex, multi-market partnerships with regulatory and operational implications.
• Collaborate with Product, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and GTM teams to align priorities.
• Develop a differentiated point of view on financial services and digital assets to strengthen Stripe’s Partnerships org.
