Google LLC seeks a Community Development Manager for the Strategic Partnerships Office in Virginia. You will lead community engagement strategies, build partnerships with municipalities, associations, and non-profits, and drive infrastructure growth while aligning with Google's global objectives.

You will work across teams to accelerate data-center projects, manage cross‑functional programs, and deliver measurable social impact, traveling up to 25% as required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with local municipalities, associations, nonprofits, education institutions and community members.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Formers (KOF), municipal leaders, industry partners, and non-profits to ensure initiatives align with both community needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with team leaders and peers to develop strategies to scale sub-regional community affairs coverage in emerging markets, focusing on place-based frameworks and partnerships to produce location-specific development plans based on research data and insights to prioritize community needs.
• Develop communication tools to educate local communities on data center impact and implement localized, self-sustaining investment plans and workforce innovation goals.
• Build and maintain internal relationships with stakeholders across Acquisition and Development, Energy, Government Affairs and Public Policy, Cloud Supply Chain and Operations, Marketing, and local Data Center teams.
