The Strategic Partner role (Intro-only)

Your role is simple: make warm introductions to hiring decision-makers at companies hiring software developers. We handle everything else.

You do NOT

Source candidates, run searches, manage pipelines, schedule interviews, or manage clients.

You DO

Introduce CTOs, VPs/Directors of Engineering, Heads of Talent/TA leadership, and Founders (and you can stay involved or step back — your choice).

You earn 30% of net profit monthly for every active developer hired through your introductions — for the lifetime of the client relationship.
