Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable referral growth within your assigned territory through strategic partner engagement.
• Educate referral partners on intake processes and service pathways.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to support efficient access to care.
