About This Role

Tungsten Automation is seeking a Strategic Partner Enablement Manager to serve as the dedicated resource enabling Sovos to successfully sell, deliver, and support our Invoice Agility and Total Agility product suite. This role goes beyond training — it ensures that Sovos is fully equipped across sales, services, operations, and customer success to maximize the impact of our partnership.

You will design and deliver enablement programs, develop core content, and act as the bridge between Sovos, Tungsten's Partner Organization, and Product Teams. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen, enablement expertise, and business impact orientation to drive measurable growth, adoption, and success across the partnership.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Technical Enablement
  • Comprehensive Training Programs : Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Sovos sales, pre-sales, and technical teams
  • Deep Product Knowledge : Equip Sovos with a deep understanding of Tungsten's offerings, value propositions, and competitive differentiation
  • Pre-Sales Support : Provide pre-sales support including solution positioning, objection handling, and technical guidance
Customer Success & Services Enablement
  • Implementation Readiness : Enable Sovos delivery, support, and services teams to implement and support Tungsten solutions successfully
  • Long-Term Value : Drive readiness for renewals and expansions by ensuring Sovos is equipped to support long-term customer value
Operational Alignment
  • Process Integration : Support Sovos operations and sales ops teams with integration of Tungsten processes, including deal registration, reporting, and pipeline tracking
  • Partnership Execution : Ensure smooth execution of co-sell, co-market, and co-support motions
Content Development
  • Enablement Assets : Create, maintain, and update enablement assets — including playbooks, presentations, technical guides, and FAQs — tailored to Sovos’ teams
Event & Program Support
  • Partnership Representation : Represent Tungsten at partner events, summits, and workshops, delivering impactful sessions and driving engagement
Insights & Advocacy
  • Voice of Partner : Act as the voice of Sovos within Tungsten, surfacing feedback, competitive insights, and market opportunities
  • Strategic Alignment : Partner with Product, Marketing, and Partner leadership to continuously refine GTM alignment and positioning
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Partner Enablement Experience : 5+ years in partner enablement, channel management, or sales enablement within enterprise software, automation, or SaaS
  • Technical Acumen : Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex product features into clear business outcomes
  • Enterprise Sales Support : Experience supporting enterprise sales teams in solution-oriented, competitive environments
  • Content Creation & Training : Proven ability to create enablement content and deliver engaging training sessions
  • Cross-Organization Collaboration : Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across organizations
  • Business Impact Focus : Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through enablement, not just deliver programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Sovos or similar tax compliance, financial process automation, or RPA organizations
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, intelligent automation, or financial operations technology
  • Ability to travel for partner events and summits as needed
