Seatrium Limited seeks a Package & Procurement Manager to oversee procurement, expediting, and delivery of equipment packages, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and project specs. You will align with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to drive value from pre-PO to final delivery.

In this role you will manage vendor negotiations, contract terms, and supplier performance, lead procurement strategies, and mentor a team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing procurement lifecycles from RFQs to PO issuance.
• Ability to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, logistics, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Procure and manage contracts, RFQs, and vendor negotiations to optimize cost and lead times.
• Oversee vendor assessment, supplier audits, and performance reviews for quality and delivery.
• Coordinate expediting and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of equipment packages.
• Manage inspection and testing processes and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Provide regular procurement status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor procurement and expediting team members on best practices and processes.
