Job summary

Barbaricum, LLC is seeking an experienced Outreach & Engagement Task Lead to drive day-to-day outreach, engagement, communications, and stakeholder coordination under the MC&FP MODES contract. You will ensure integrated delivery, continuity of operations, and alignment with DoD objectives to inform and support the global military community.

The role requires 10+ years in outreach/communications, leadership of teams, and DoD security clearance, with a track record in digital campaigns and event

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Community Engagement, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in outreach, engagement, strategic communications, public relations, marketing, community relations, stakeholder coordination, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading outreach teams, engagement programs, communications campaigns, or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution across outreach, engagement, communications, stakeholder engagement, content, digital, and community initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies aligned with MC&FP goals and audience needs.
• Coordinate tasking, schedules, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and issue escalation for integrated delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, partner organizations, stakeholders, and relevant entities.
• Oversee creation, review, and distribution of outreach materials, including digital content and presentations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, workshops, briefings, and community engagement activities.
• Manage outreach team performance, training, workload alignment, and evaluation against program standards.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on outreach effectiveness using data and metrics.
