Job summary

ProCleared LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee the contractor support portfolio for a major government program office. The role provides strategic recommendations to government leadership and directs special projects to improve organizational effectiveness.

You will interface between contractor teams and senior government leaders, handling highly complex, integrated responsibilities. Required TS/SCI clearance and demonstrated experience in business operations or program management support

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance required.
Industry leader with exceptional field expertise, compliant with standards.
Experience providing business operations or program management support.
Experience providing strategic-level support to large, complex DoW or IC organizations.
Experience with resource planning and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the contractor support team, overseeing administration, personnel coordination, and enterprise-level logistics.
Spearhead high-visibility projects such as process improvement, strategic planning, and organizational stand-ups.
Lead budget and resource planning efforts with advanced data analysis and funding recommendations.
Prepare background materials and talking points for senior leadership engagements with Congress, OMB, and external stakeholders.
