Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or analytics in a tech/media/digital content company
• 12+ years translating complex, ambiguous problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable strategic recommendations for executives
• Experience in partnerships, business development, content, or media with understanding of entertainment and partner ecosystems
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic planning processes with goal-setting, prioritization, and performance measurement
• Experience influencing senior leadership through written narratives, data-driven recommendations, and structured decision-making

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Partnerships across Video and New Bets — define objectives, priorities, and success metrics and translate vision into actionable plans
• Be a strategic advisor to Product and cross-functional partners — provide outside-in perspective and help faster decision-making
• Motivate and align cross-functional teams — drive momentum and clarity in ambiguity without direct authority
• Bring deep content-ecosystem fluency — understanding creator and entertainment ecosystems to inform strategy
• Install the operating rhythm — establish reviews, planning, and leadership cadence for large initiatives
• Deliver executive-grade synthesis — turn inputs into crisp briefs, narratives, and recommendations for senior leadership
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and unblock escalations — form working groups and restore momentum
