Blinds To Go is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to work with senior managers across manufacturing, product development, merchandising, sales and installation teams to identify and root-cause major operation issues and justify projects that improve quality, logistics, operations and customer experience.

The role emphasizes analytics-backed problem solving, strong cross-functional collaboration, and high self-autonomy with opportunities to grow into senior operating and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• BS/MBA from accredited university in statistics, business, operations research, industrial engineering or related fields.
• 3-5 years operations.
• Five to ten years of relevant experience, including minimum three years as analyst in consumer, retail or manufacturing business.
• Leadership – able to use data to influence others and drive change.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, Tableau or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL or similar software strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills (written and oral).
• Deep process orientation and strong problem solver.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior management to identify, analyze and solve systemic business problems
• Analyze all internal communications to identify key issues requiring process improvement
• Evaluate operations procedures and processes
• Identify organizational inefficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign
• Root-cause and develop potential solutions using analytics and experience
• Communicate recommendations to key managers and leaders and push for changes
• Track and facilitate process improvements across functional groups
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all departments
• Work at appropriate levels to implement strategies and plans
