Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Strategic Functional Specialist/Advisor to join the Mission Assurance Branch. You will align daily operations with long-term enterprise objectives, lead multiyear strategic plans, and support governance, continuity, and mission assurance frameworks.

You will mentor analysts, manage resources and tasks, develop COOP and NGOC programs, draft policies, deliver executive briefings, and report branch performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven program management experience translating complex data into actionable executive recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of continuity directives, DoD strategies, and intelligence community continuity policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Functional Analysts to achieve performance objectives and foster growth.
• Coordinate assignments, manage schedules and resources, and ensure task visibility for government leadership.
• Develop and execute multiyear strategic plans supporting COOP, NGOC, and PI&ID missions with applicable guidelines.
• Draft, coordinate, and publish NGA policies; deliver executive briefings and recommendations to leadership.
• Capture, analyze, and report branch performance; lead special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Complete required training and professional development as directed.
