Responsibilities

Apply advanced concepts of OR, statistics, and scientific methods to address complex operational issues for OFO
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop graphics/reports from program statistics
Serve as expert analyst and advisor to management, presenting technical briefings and executive summaries
Manage contractual efforts for OR projects and coordinate with other agencies
