Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, operational performance, strategy, consulting, program management, or a related discipline.
Experience analyzing business performance and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience supporting leadership teams with decision-making and strategic planning.
Experience working across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational performance across multiple Business Operations programs and functions.
Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps impacting business objectives.
Interpret data from operational systems, reports, audits, reviews, and stakeholder feedback to develop meaningful business insights.
Evaluate organizational performance and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
Prepare executive summaries, business reviews, and leadership briefings.
