Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee DHMS program operations in a government-contract setting. You will coordinate with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize operations and ensure compliance with USACE policies.

Lead continuous improvement efforts, develop strategic operational plans, and mentor staff while ensuring timekeeping and labor category management are maintained to high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience including management.
• Experience working on government contracts.
• COM (Certified Operations Manager) certification

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize DHMS program operations.
• Ensure compliance with USACE policies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies; conduct operational assessments and risk management.
• Use management tools for performance analysis and develop operational documentation.
• Oversee staff; conduct interviews, onboarding, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Maintain timekeeping compliance and labor category management.
• Build relationships with team members, vendors, client, and other departments.
• Ensure activities meet policies, legislation, and professional standards.
• Exercise independent judgment in a government-contract environment.
