Florida Department of Children and Families – Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency seeks an OPERATIONS & MGMT CONSULTANT I - SES to identify and resolve operational and management problems, train staff, and coordinate policy implementation. This role emphasizes continuous improvement of service programs and data-driven decisions.

The position offers stability under the SES pay plan with duties including on-site analysis, collaboration with program supervisors, and development of improvement plans

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recommend operation policies and assist in establishing procedures.
• Monitor activities to meet service objectives and statewide goals.
• Investigate and analyze issues to propose solutions.
• Provide daily consultation to management and staff on services.
• Consult with supervisors to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Conduct on-site analysis and implement solutions.
• Assist in CAMS development, testing and evaluation.
• Serve as contact for auxiliary aids and services for deaf/hard of hearing.
