Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller's BW Packaging division seeks an Analyst, Business Operations & Governance to solve problems, improve processes, and partner with Commercial, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, Service, and Risk. You will build SOPs, dashboards, and playbooks while driving disciplined governance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in business operations, analytics, project work, procurement, compliance, or related areas is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Interest in continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow intake, documentation, approvals, and tracking to keep projects moving.
• Maintain clear records and decision logs that improve transparency and accountability.
• Analyze priorities and progress to help leaders make better, faster decisions.
• Ensure requests and activities align with business processes and governance standards.
• Lead supplier onboarding and qualification activities.
• Support compliance requirements, business policies, and governance frameworks.
• Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and playbooks for consistency.
• Create dashboards, reports, and metrics to show business performance.
