Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, nonprofit management, public policy, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of executive‑level leadership, strategy, or project management experience.
• Proven ability to design and implement strategic plans and complex multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Experience supervising professional staff and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive organizational strategy with the Executive Director and senior leaders.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across departments.
• Align governance and operations with Board decisions and reporting.
• Develop tools to track progress and address barriers.
• Supervise leaders and staff, supporting growth in project management and collaboration.
