• Ensure automation is preceded by process redesign, avoiding broken optimizations.
• Facilitate cross-functional strategic initiatives across business lines.
• Manage interdependencies and milestones to ensure alignment.
• Resolve issues during planning and execution of high-impact projects.
• Define and direct communications to leaders and teams.
• Champion organizational change and a culture of transparency and collaboration.
• Delegate tasks to partners to ensure deliverables.
