Job summary

Phoebe Putney Health System in Albany, GA seeks a Manager of Oncology Comprehensive Programs to guide strategic growth across the Oncology Service Line and oversee Navigator, Survivorship, Social Work, Outreach, and related services.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop new programs and partnerships, expanding market reach to improve access and patient outcomes across the cancer care continuum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience in oncology, healthcare operations, program development, or service line management is required.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth initiatives for comprehensive oncology programs across the Oncology Service Line.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new oncology services for patient access and service line expansion.
• Develop business plans for new program offerings, survivorship, and community-based services.
• Partner with physicians and senior leadership to identify opportunities for market differentiation and competitive advantage.
• Develop strategies to increase referrals, patient retention, and utilization of oncology services.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to raise awareness of oncology programs.
